A 4.6-magnitude earthquake strikes Adana province in southern Turkey

An earthquake measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale struck Adana province in southern Turkey this morning, Wednesday, with its epicenter in the Kozan district of the province. The Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Authority "AFAD" stated on its website that the earthquake occurred at 05:32 local time and its epicenter was in the Kozan district and at a depth of 7.6 km below the surface of the earth.
