Fifteen Palestinians, including women and children, were martyred and others were injured in an occupation drone strike on the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip. Three people were martyred and others were injured when an Israeli drone targeted a group of civilians in the town of Beit Lahia, the Palestinian news agency (WAFA) said citing the Red Crescent. According to medical sources, 12 civilians were martyred in the occupation's artillery shelling of the displaced people at Abu Al-Jidyan junction in the Beit Lahia project. The Israeli occupation continues its siege of the northern Gaza Strip, destroying and bombing homes, preventing the entry of food supplies for the 18th consecutive day, and forcing citizens to forcibly move, as more than 10,000 citizens in the Beit Lahia project refuse to move to the south, WAFA said. The number of martyrs since the occupation's aggression began on the Gaza Strip on Oct. 7 has risen to 42,603, with an additional 99,759 individuals sustaining injuries, the m ajority of whom are women and children. Additionally, there are thousands of victims still trapped under the rubble and in the streets, inaccessible for rescue. Many victims trapped under the rubble or scattered on roads across the Strip, as Israeli occupation forces continue to obstruct the movement of ambulance and civil defense crews.
