A member of the terrorist ISIS gang, nicknamed (Abu Hajar), arrested north of Baghdad

The Iraqi National Security Service (INSS) announced the arrest of one of the elements of the terrorist ISIS gangs nicknamed (Abu Hajar) in the Tarmiyah district, north of Baghdad. The INSS stated in a statement that "with a qualitative operation and intensive intelligence efforts and after obtaining judicial approvals, the Iraqi National Security Service detachments were able to arrest one of the elements of the terrorist ISIS gangs nicknamed (Abu Hajar) in the Tarmiyah district, north of Baghdad." INSS added that "the accused was carrying out intimidation and extortion operations against the people of the district, including tribal sheikhs, dignitaries and members of the security forces, by sending text messages to phones threatening to kill, in addition to threatening citizens who install cameras in their homes for fear of revealing his movements or identity. After confronting him with conclusive evidence, he explicitly admitted to making the threats under the title of the so-called (North Baghdad Provin ce). Source: National Iraqi News Agency
