Al-Hakim confirms his support for Al-Sudani’s government in the path of reconstruction and development

The head of the National Wisdom Movement, Ammar al-Hakim, confirmed his support for the government of Mohammed Shia al-Sudani in the path of reconstruction and development. The NWM said in a statement: "Al-Hakim met today with the Indian Ambassador Prashant Pise on the occasion of the near end of his mission at the head of his country's diplomatic mission in Baghdad." Al-Hakim praised the efforts made by the ambassador during his tenure in Iraq, wishing him success in his upcoming missions. Al-Hakim stressed the depth of the relationship between Iraq and India, and called for developing it in the economic, health, cultural and educational aspects, as well as enhancing cooperation in the field of energy and benefiting from Indian experiences and companies in construction and reconstruction. Al-Hakim also explained the nature of the political scene in Iraq, stressing: "We are living in a state of stability at the political, social and security levels, we must preserve it and transform it into permanent stab ility. He called for an immediate cessation of the war in Gaza, and for the international community to bear its responsibility in stopping the massacres committed by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people.
