Doha: Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and his Indian counterpart Subrahmanyam Jaishankar discussed bilateral relations, regional and international issues in New Delhi: Mirzoyan stressed the strength of the centuries-old relations between Armenia and India, describing them as having reached a new level in recent years thanks to mutual efforts, according to Armenian News Agency (Armenpress).
According to Qatar News Agency, Mirzoyan emphasized the importance of maintaining the pace of high-level visits to strengthen cooperation in the economic, trade, technological, and cultural spheres. The Armenian Foreign Minister highlighted that the bilateral talks touched on both regional and international issues, stressing the significance of regular political consultations between the two foreign ministries and the regular sessions of the Intergovernmental Commission.
At the conclusion of their meeting, both nations signed two memoranda of understanding aimed at enhancing cooperation in the fields of diplomacy and drug regulation.
