Commander-in-Chief attends BDF-National Guard joint exercise

Manama, Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), today attended the conclusion of the joint command exercise, “Falcon of the North 2023”, carried out by the BDF, with the participation of the National Guard.

The Commander-in-Chief was briefed on the training methodology, practical applications, and stages of the drill.

He hailed the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and the follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Prime Minister.

The Commander-in-chief affirmed that the training programme is an essential criterion for testing the efficiency of battalions, units, and commanders, as well as assessing the level of participating officers and personnel among the requirements to boost combat readiness.
