It will be cold by night, as reported by the Department of Meteorology in its daily weather forecast, which also warns of expected strong wind in certain locations.
According to Qatar News Agency, offshore conditions will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times with the possibility of scattered rain. The report highlights the warning of strong wind and high sea conditions as well. The wind inshore is predicted to be northwesterly, traveling at speeds of 10 – 20 KT, with potential gusts reaching 25 KT in some areas.
Offshore, the wind will also be northwesterly, with speeds ranging from 12 – 22 KT and gusts reaching up to 28 KT at times. The sea state inshore is expected to range from 3 – 5 feet, while offshore conditions may vary from 4 – 7 feet, potentially rising to 9 feet at times. Visibility, both inshore and offshore, is anticipated to range between 5 – 9 km.
