European Shares Steady as Investors Eye Middle East Developments

Afghanistan: European shares were muted on Monday, as investors prepared for a week packed with central bank meetings, while oil prices rose with Iran peace talks stalling again. The pan-European STOXX 600 was flat at 610.86 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, among other movers, Germany's Nordex saw its shares advance by 8.3% after the German onshore wind turbine maker posted core earnings and sales above expectations. Shares in French auto parts supplier Forvia also rose by 3.5%, following its announcement of the sale of its automotive interiors division to Apollo Funds for 1.82 billion euros ($2.13 billion).
