Foreign Minister receives US Ambassador

Manama, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, received today Steven C. Bondy, the Ambassador of the United States to Bahrain. The two sides reviewed the strong relations between Bahrain and the US, which are based on principles of mutual respect, appreciation, and cooperation. They also discussed means to enhance these relations to more comprehensive levels that would benefit both nations. Additionally, they exchanged views and discussed several topics and issues of common interest. The meeting was also attended by Shaikh Abdulla bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Chief of the Americas Affairs Sector at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Source: Bahrain News Agency
