The Afghan Ministry of Interior announced the killing of three foreigners and an Afghan in a shooting in Bamyan Province, central Afghanistan. Interior Minister Spokesman Abdul-Matin Qani said: 'An Afghan and three foreigners were killed, and four foreigners and three Afghans were wounded in a shooting in the city of Bamyan, the capital of the province of the same name.'
