The security forces in Maysan arrested (24) wanted persons on various charges, in security operations carried out in different areas of the governorate.

Maysan Police Command said in a statement: "Among the arrested suspects, there were (3) accused of terrorism, one accused of premeditated murder, and two in drug cases, in addition to other legal cases and violations," noting that "the defendants were arrested to complete the necessary legal procedures against them."
