Israeli Occupation Arrests 35 Palestinians in the West Bank

Doha: Israeli occupation forces arrested at least 35 Palestinians in the West Bank on Tuesday.

According to Qatar News Agency, in a joint statement, the Palestinian Detainees’ Affairs Commission and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club noted that among the detainees were siblings and former prisoners. The arrests were spread across the governorates of Nablus, Salfit, Jenin, Tulkarm, and Hebron.

They pointed out that the occupation continues to conduct on-the-spot interrogations of dozens of citizens in several towns, detaining them for hours before releasing them later.

The statement emphasized that the arrest campaign and field interrogations are accompanied by widespread raids, abuse, assaults, and threats against detainees and their families, as well as acts of vandalism and destruction in homes.
