Astana: Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev met with Omani Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said, on Thursday to discuss mutual interests and bilateral relations.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions focused on economic and investment cooperation between Kazakhstan and Oman, with both sides expressing a desire to enhance collaboration across various sectors. There was a shared understanding of the need to intensify coordination to broaden the partnership's scope.

The meeting also included a review of investment opportunities in both countries, aiming to open new avenues for partnership and exchange of expertise in economic, investment, and development fields.
