Doha: Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam met on Wednesday with United Nations (UN) Special Coordinator for Lebanon Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert, during her visit to the country. The meeting discussed the latest political developments and the situation in southern Lebanon in light of recent Israeli attacks.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions aimed to address the escalating tensions in southern Lebanon and explore potential measures to ensure stability in the region. Both parties emphasized the importance of cooperation between Lebanon and the UN in tackling the ongoing challenges.
