Washington: HE Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi met Tuesday in Washington with HE US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Allison Hooker. The meeting discussed the close strategic ties between the two countries and ways to support and enhance them, and the regional developments, particularly those related to a ceasefire between the United States and the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as efforts to de-escalate and bolster regional security and stability.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions between Dr. Al Khulaifi and Hooker focused on strategies to strengthen bilateral relations, emphasizing the importance of collaboration in addressing regional challenges.
