Doha: HE Minister of State for Interior Affairs, Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Faisal bin Mohammed Al-Thani discussed the latest ASEAN developments in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), during a meeting with Their Excellencies ambassadors of the bloc's member states on Sunday. The meeting discussed bilateral security cooperation relations between the State of Qatar and the ASEAN Member States and ways to boost them. The meeting was attended by HE Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam, Mohamed Bahrin Abu Bakar, HE Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia, Ridwan Hassan, HE Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Nguyen Huy Hiep, HE Ambassador of Malaysia, Mohammad Faizal Razali, HE Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines, Lillibeth Velasco Pono, HE Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand, Sira Swangsilpa, and HE Chargé d'Affaires at the Embassy of Singapore in Doha and Chair of the ASEAN Committee Sumaya Baqavi.
