In order to complete its ambitious and comprehensive project toward the digitization of its services, the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) has launched “Nar’aakom” (we take care of you) mobile application in Arabic and English languages. This mobile application allows an individual to manage all issues related to health care thoroughly, such as accessing upcoming appointment schedules, applying for a health card online and requesting to change a health center and others.
The launch of the mobile application has come shortly after PHCC had launched its new website last October that also provides easy access to all information related to primary care via the internet. Thus, this allows and facilitates conducting daily administrative business online.
Dr. Mariam Abdul Malik, the Managing Director of PHCC, said that with the launch of “Nar’aakom” mobile application, PHCC has made it easy for individuals to access the available digital services for its 27 health centers, by making it easy to access health care services via smart phones.
