Tehran: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met in Tehran with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman, Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Albusaidi, and HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr. Abbas Araghchi. The meeting focused on the latest developments in the ongoing talks between the United States and Iran, which are being held in Muscat under Omani mediation.
According to Qatar News Agency, HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed Qatar’s aspiration for the United States and Iran to reach a fair, durable, and binding agreement. The envisioned agreement aims to enhance security, stability, and peace across the region, while fostering greater regional cooperation and dialogue.
