Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, along with other Qatari leaders, sent cables of congratulations to Yemeni officials on the occasion of Yemen's National Day. This gesture of goodwill was extended by HH the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani and HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, who also congratulated Yemeni Prime Minister Dr. Shaya Mohsin Zindani.
According to Qatar News Agency, HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed held phone conversations with regional counterparts, including HH Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, to discuss bilateral relations and regional tensions. Similar discussions took place with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkiye Hakan Fidan and HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs of Jordan Ayman Safadi, focusing on cooperation and diplomatic efforts.
Under the patronage of HE Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs celebrated the graduation of 12 diplomats from the Executive Master's Program in Diplomacy and International Cooperation. Meanwhile, HE Deputy Speaker of the Shura Council Dr. Hamda bint Hassan Al Sulaiti met with HE First Vice-President of the Hellenic Parliament Ioannis Plakiotakis in Greece.
