Ali Sayyar Al-Tamimi, Head of Public Relations at Qatar Postal Services Company, revealed that Qatar Post would soon launch new self-services, which makes it easier for customers to manage their businesses, giving them more flexibility in making the best use of the postal services offered by Qatar Post, and avoiding congestion.
Customers will soon be able to complete some of the necessary steps for the postal services they need before finalizing the transactions with Qatar Post staff. For example, customers can weigh the mail packages themselves, add the stickers on those packages and include all the necessary details they want, in addition to other steps they can take before reaching the staff, which saves time and effort.
