Qatar's delegation was headed by His Excellency Mr. Mohammed bin Ali Al Mannai, Minister of Communications and Information Technology. The Qatari delegation included several officials from the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA), and Qatar Postal Services Company (Qatar Post).

During the meeting, the results of the reports and recommendations issued by the meetings of the Arab technical committees specialized in the fields of information and communications technology (ICT) and postal services.
