/14/ suspects in criminal cases, drug trafficking and possession of unlicensed weapons arrested in Baghdad

Security forces arrested 14 suspects in criminal cases, drug trafficking and possession of unlicensed weapons in Baghdad. Baghdad Operations Command stated in a statement that the joint Baghdad Operations Command detachments were able, during the past 24 hours, to arrest 14 suspects according to various legal articles, including two suspects who were caught in their possession of 1,135 Indian-made ampoules (needle) without official papers authorizing them to carry them, and a third was caught in his possession of 15 Pakistani passports and others for crimes (criminal, drug promotion and use, possession of unlicensed weapons). Seven pistols, one rifle, a number of vehicles and motorcycles violating traffic controls, a quantity of narcotic substances and their use devices, in addition to expired medicines were seized on both sides of Karkh and Rusafa.
