The Babylon Police Command carried out a massive security campaign that resulted in the arrest of 14 wanted persons and the seizure of 112 violations. Babylon Police Director, Brigadier General Ali Al-Hasnawi, said, 'The campaign resulted in the arrest of 10 wanted persons in various areas of the governorate, the registration of 88 traffic fines, and the seizure and impoundment of 25 violating motorcycles.' He added that the detachments of the martyr Colonel Khalil Shalal's checkpoint arrested two wanted persons in two different cases, one of them in a terrorism case in accordance with Article 4 of the Anti-Terrorism Law, while other wanted persons were arrested in the checkpoint of the Al-Hamza Al-Gharbi and Al-Shuhada district.
