An earthquake measuring 4.5 magnitude on the Richter scale hit southwestern Mexico on Wednesday. The earthquake occurred 110 km from the city of Puerto Madero at a depth of 10 km, the US Geological Survey (USGS) reported. There have been no reports of material damage or human losses due to the earthquake. The last strong earthquake in Mexico dates back to Sep. 2017, when it struck the capital, Mexico City, and the neighboring states of Murillo and Puebla, killing 370 people. Source: Qatar News Agency
