An earthquake measuring 4.6 magnitude on the Richter scale hit on Thursday the province of Salta in Argentina. The US Geological Survey (USGS) said in a statement that the earthquake occurred 91 km from San Antonio de los Cobres town, at a depth of 194.5 km. There have been no reports of casualties or material damage due to the earthquake so far.
