Four children and their mother were killed and others were injured, at dawn on Monday, in an Israeli bombing of a house in Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip. The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) quoted local sources as saying that "the occupation aircraft targeted a house of Abu Samak family near Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah," killing four children and their mother and injuring others. Israeli helicopters also fired at houses in Al-Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, while artillery renewed its violent shelling of the city's southwestern neighborhoods. In another attack at dawn on Monday, three Palestinians were killed and others were injured in an Israeli bombing that targeted a school housing displaced people in Al-Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip. Local sources reported that Israeli forces bombed a classroom on the upper floor of Khaled bin Al-Walid School, which houses displaced people in Al-Nuseirat camp.
