Doha: Poland and Pakistan held the 9th round of bilateral political consultations on Saturday. The Polish delegation was headed by Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Wladyslaw Teofil Bartoszewski, while Pakistan’s delegation was led by Additional Foreign Secretary for European Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Muhammad Ayub.
According to Qatar News Agency, both sides agreed to enhance collaboration, including through the exchange of high-level visits, parliamentary exchanges, and dialogue. The discussions also touched upon regional and global developments, covering current affairs in South Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
The delegations recognized common ground on many international issues and agreed to continue cooperation at multilateral platforms such as the United Nations. They also agreed to hold the next round of consultations in Islamabad in 2026.
