A "bird" caused a power outage in two villages in Diyala Governorate. A source in Diyala Electricity told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: "A technical failure occurred in one of the main power lines after a bird was electrocuted while standing on an electric wire, which led to the isolation of the transmission line and the power outage in two villages southwest of Baquba." He added: "The maintenance teams were mobilized and were able to fix the fault and restore electricity to the two villages in record time." Source: National Iraqi News Agency
