Al-Hakim urges the House of Representatives to vote on the Programmers Syndicate Law

The head of the National Wisdom Movement, Ammar al-Hakim, urged the House of Representatives today, Friday, to vote on the Programmers Syndicate Law.

Al-Hakim said in a statement: “On World Programmers Day, we urge highlighting the role of this promising academic segment in developing modern technology and software solutions that contribute to improving people’s lives and enhancing innovation in various fields.”

He added: “In Iraq, we stress the need to enrich students’ knowledge about the world of programming and programmers, and keep pace with global developments in the field of work for software developers. We also join our voice to this segment to urge the House of Representatives to vote on the Programmers Syndicate Law after completing the first and second readings of their expected draft law.”
