The staff of the Women's Affairs and Human Rights Division in Baghdad Al-Karkh Health Department conducted a field visit to Dar Al-Hanan for the severely disabled in Baghdad, in coordination with members of the women's affairs units in health institutions. The visit included providing in-kind assistance and medical and pharmaceutical supplies to these groups, as the management of Dar Al-Hanan expressed its gratitude to the specialized team, stressing the importance of this humanitarian initiative and its impact on the psychological level of this group, as they need continuous support. In turn, the Director of the Women's Affairs and Human Rights Division in Baghdad / Al-Karkh Health Department, Dr. Marwa Moneim Majeed, confirmed the continuation of these initiatives within a series of programs implemented by field teams and in cooperation with the Women's Affairs and Human Rights units in all health institutions. The 'A Day for Humanitarian Work' initiative comes within a series of voluntary initiatives a nd self-efforts conducted by the specialized team, and included many institutions, centers and community events, with the aim of spreading the spirit of cooperation and support to various segments of society.
