Spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Al-Sahhaf said that the person who directed an insult to the Holy Quran is an Iraqi.

Al-Sahhaf added in a statement: We call on the Swedish authorities to hand him over to the Iraqi government for trial in accordance with Iraqi law.
