Former MP of the Wisdom bloc Furat Al-Sharaa considered that addressing any defect in the internal regulations of the Presidency of the Republic is one of the duties of the Prime Minister. Al-Sharaa said in a statement that "the Prime Minister proceeds from the principle of caring for the state, and this is what the constitution guarantees under this title, and perhaps he sees that this law is not consistent with many of the principles of the Iraqi constitution, in addition to the fact that it is not consistent with the form of the federal system and decentralization in the state, and he sees that it is not correct for there to be a head of the office with the rank of minister. He added, "There is a defect in the internal regulations of the Presidency of the Republic and it must be addressed, and one of the reasons for addressing it is one of the responsibilities of the Prime Minister, and the Federal Court is the one who decides that in the future.
