Al-Sudani pointed out the importance of the Union's work and its effectiveness in being an intermediary between the government and farmers, stressing that supporting and advancing the agricultural sector is one of the government's priorities and goals, by not continuing to rely on the oil sector, and employing oil imports to develop other sectors, including agriculture.
