Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani directed the re-evaluation of the performance of service companies operating in the residential city of Bismaya, and the preparation of a mechanism to pay citizens’ debts and financial dues.
The National Investment Authority summarized the text of the directive as: “Prepare a quick mechanism that obliges the owners of housing units to pay the debts and installments owed by them, and review the contracts of the Iraqna services company and other operating companies, evaluate the performance of the services provided to citizens, coordinate with the government service team, and follow up on the companies’ collection amounts operating in the Bismayah city complex, and working to deduct the percentage allocated to the National Authority to maximize the state’s revenues, in coordination with the relevant authorities.”
