Prime Minister, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani directed vigilance and readiness for emergency security developments. A statement by his office stated that Al-Sudani visited the headquarters of the Baghdad Operations Command today, where he was briefed on the details of the security plans and the progress of security work, in the presence of the Deputy Commander of Joint Operations, the Commander of Baghdad Operations, the Personal Secretary of the Commander-in-Chief, and a number of officials and security and military leaders. During the visit, Al-Sudani stressed the need for constant vigilance and readiness for emergency security developments, as well as raising the level of intelligence and information coordination between the security services in the operations sectors, updating security plans, and relying on modern technological means to achieve security stability that supports the government's plans to continue providing services and establishing comprehensive developmen t projects. Al-Sudani stressed the importance of intensifying the ability to quickly address security challenges. He also stressed the need to take into account the members and provide them with all means of support, enabling them to perform their duty to the fullest extent, as well as taking into account dealing with citizens in accordance with the law and the constitution, and in a manner that preserves the prestige of the state.
