Prime Minister, Mohammed Al-Sudani stressed: "Iraq becomes the focus of everyone's attention with every million-man visit." Al-Sudani said in a speech during his sponsorship of the first international conference on million-man visits: "The impact of the visits hosted by Iraq does not stop at the religious performance, but rather carries many meanings and results at the broadest levels." He added: "We have adopted the strategic planning approach to manage the million-man visits in order to provide all services, and the government has put in place sustainable solutions that serve the million-man visits for the coming years, and we have provided full support to the Permanent Supreme Committee, in terms of financial or logistical allocations, and the necessary directives and decisions to facilitate the tasks of its employees, and we have allocated financial allocations for the million-man visits in the budget within the allocations for infrastructure projects." The Prime Minister continued: "We directed the go vernorates and concerned authorities early on, through the decisions of the Council of Ministers and the Supreme Coordination Authority between the governorates, to develop and modernize the ports, remove obstacles, and show them in a way that reflects the face of Iraq. We found projects at the ports that have been stalled and mired for years in a whirlpool of administrative procedures that we worked to dismantle." The Prime Minister pointed out: "The government has laid the foundation for work that serves the million-man visits that will continue for years to come, and to provide services to visitors to the holy shrines from all over the world."
