The Doha-based Arab Educational Training Center for Gulf States prepares to launch an initiative comprising a new package of community programs devoted to enhancing the skills of interested leaders, pedagogists and other individuals, following success of the first initiative pertinent to summer community programs. The center highlighted that such a new initiative intends to have a quantum leap in upgrading the capabilities of a wide diversity of talents within the strategys plan and objectives to provide scrupulously selected programs for local community individuals. In addition, the community programs have been designed to meet the needs of pedagogical leaders in many institutions through sharply focusing on diverse in-person and remote techniques and ensuring diversity in training during morning and evening periods. The initiative comprises variegated essential topics that cover the pedagogical area, including emotional intelligence applications in pedagogical process, skills of negotiation and diplomati c persuasion, innovation and quality of job performance, results-based strategic planning, media presence of leaders, in addition to leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, and empowering teachers for the future. The latest milestones the center had achieved in the context of initiatives included marking the World Teachers' Day in collaboration with UNESCO, under the theme of children in a digital world. The event received a wide approbation at the local and Gulf levels, which broadly enhanced teachers' awareness of digital challenges facing students, underscoring the effective role the center performs in addressing modern education issues.
