The Babylon Police Command announced today, Tuesday, the arrest of a gang consisting of four people, who stole several citizens' money and belongings from inside service convoys, in addition to motorcycles and electric wires, west of the city of Hilla.
Brigadier General Adel Al-Husseini, Brigadier General Adel Al-Husseini, Brigadier General of Babylon Police Information Director, said, "The arrest was carried out by detachments from the Abu Ghark Division to combat crime, after setting up a security ambush for the gang, in coordination with the judicial authority.
He added that the defendants confessed to the charges against them, and they were arrested.
