Bahraini medical team participated in UAE’s ‘Gallant Knight 2’ operation in Türkiye

A medical team from the Royal Medical Services (RMS) at the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) has participated in the UAE’s ‘Gallant Knight 2’ operation, within the mobile field hospital initiative, launched by the UAE to support the survivors of the earthquake that struck Syria and Türkiye, and contribute to their rehabilitation.

In a televised report aired by Abu Dhabi satellite TV channel, UAE general surgery consultant, Dr. Ahmed Al Mazrouei, affirmed that the participation of Bahraini doctors has strengthened the capabilities of the UAE field hospital, and created a good opportunity to exchange experiences.

He added that Bahrain and the UAE always seek good.

Bahraini doctor asserted that the participation of the kingdom's medical team has consolidated solidarity and cooperation with the UAE team, as all worked together to support and rescue brothers in Türkiye in the face of the repercussions of the earthquake.

He indicated that the efforts exerted by the two countries' teams have resulted in treating a great number of injured due to the quake.

Dr. Salem Al-Othman affirmed that Bahrain and the UAE are always united in serving the entire humanity.

The Abu Dhabi TV's report confirmed that the participation of the Bahraini medical team in 'Gallant Knight 2’ operation has increased the capacity of the field hospital and re-affirmed the fraternity between the two countries.
