Because of speeding, five young workers, including two brothers, killed and injured in a traffic accident south of Hilla

Four young men, including two brothers, were killed and the fifth was seriously injured in a traffic accident on the highway linking Al-Shumla district, Al-Fatla area, and the southern governorates today, Friday.

Media Director of Babylon Police, Brigadier General Adel Al-Husseini, said, "A car carrying five construction workers from the western Hamza district, south of Hilla, collided with a roadblock on the highway due to speed, which led to the death of four of them and the injury of the fifth seriously.

He added that the wounded man was transferred to the Surgical Hospital in Hilla, and his condition was serious, and the bodies were transferred to the forensic medicine office, and that an investigation was opened into the accident.
