Doha: The Civil Services and Government Development Bureau organized a graduation ceremony for participants in several programs affiliated with the Institute of Public Administration. The event was graced by the presence of he Minister of Justice and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Ibrahim bin Ali Al Mohannadi, and HE Dr. Abdulaziz bin Nasser bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, President of the Civil Services and Government Development Bureau and Secretary-General of the National Planning Council. According to Qatar News Agency, the programs were designed to develop leadership skills, enhance institutional work, and improve the quality of government services, aligning with the goal of building national competencies to contribute to the Qatar National Vision 2030. During her address at the ceremony, Director of the Public Administration Institute Maha Masoud Al Marri highlighted the crucial role these programs play in achieving institutional excellence. She emphasized that investing in human capital is a national priority to ensure the sustainability of development in Qatar. Al Marri further explained that the programs were based on global best practices and developed in collaboration with various partners. She underscored that these initiatives will enable national talents to enhance their leadership capabilities and prepare them for significant roles in the government sector. Certificates were presented to the graduates of the Sadara program by HE the Minister of Justice and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, while HE the President of the Civil Services and Government Development Bureau awarded certificates to the graduates of other programs, including Qiyadat, Human Capital Leaders, and Tafawuq. The ceremony witnessed the participation of over 220 individuals from the training programs, showcasing a group of national talents equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve institutional excellence.
