Countries that rejected Russian draft resolution assume full responsibility for the continued bloodshed in Gaza

Occupied Jerusalem, The Palestinian Resistance said that countries who rejected the Russian draft resolution at the Security Council to open humanitarian corridors are responsible for the continued bleeding of civilians in the Gaza Strip.

Palestinian media quoted the Resistance as saying in a statement Tuesday” We express our deepest disapproval and denunciation of the countries’ attitudes that voted against the Russian draft resolution at the Security Council which calls for a “humanitarian ceasefire” to open humanitarian corridors to help and rescue civilians in the Gaza Strip”.

The statement added that those attitudes give the Zionist occupation the green light to commit more of its crimes and escalate the genocidal war waging against more than two million Palestinians in clear violation of all the international and humanitarian conventions and laws.

The US, United Kingdom, France and Japan voted against the Russian draft resolution, while Russia, China, UAE, Gabon and Mozambique supported the project, and Albania, Brazil, Ghana, Malta, Switzerland and Ecuador abstained from voting.
