The Civil Service and Government Development Bureau (CSGDB) announced the launch of the "Mystery Shopper" initiative at the level of all government services.
The initiative aims to develop government services, focus on the importance of the customer experience, and the level of the linkage between government services. The initiative will include 50 volunteers from the community, to assess the customer experience that the volunteers will go through while using the government services in their daily lives.
Executive Director of Government Development at CSGDB, Mr. Hamad Al Nuaimi, stressed that CSGDB will supervise studying and analyzing experiences, ensure their accuracy and safety, analyze procedures in cooperation with the concerned authorities, then come up with solutions and recommendations, and improve the customer experience, in order to reach distinguished government services.
