The Customs Affairs won an award for implementation and compliance with international health, safety and hygiene protocols against coronavirus, which is awarded to the best institution that applies precautionary measures, in accordance with international medical standards.
The award was launched by the French company, Bureau Veritas (BV), which specialises in international quality standards.
Customs Affairs Chief, Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa, received the award from BV Chief Executive in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Zulfiqar Haider, in the presence of Noman Munawar, the Director of the Systems Documentation Services.
