Doha: Weather inshore until 6:00 am on Thursday will see fine and moderate temperature by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report. Offshore, will see fine, the report added, warning of expected strong wind and high sea.
According to Qatar News Agency, winds inshore will be northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 05 to 15 knots gusting 20 knots at times. Offshore, winds will be northwesterly at a speed of 05 to 15 knots, increasing to 23 knots at places later. The sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet, rising to 5 feet at places later, while offshore will be 2 to 4 feet, rising to 7 feet at places later. Visibility inshore will be 05 to 09 kilometers, while offshore will be 05 to 09 kilometers.
The report also detailed tide times and temperatures across various locations. In Doha, high tides are expected at 01:16 and 15:40 with low tides at 09:21 and 21:36, temperatures ranging from 29 to 41 degrees. Dukhan will see high tides at 07:48 and 20:22, low tides at 01:40 and 14:03, with temperatures between 23 and 38 degrees. Mesaieed will have high tides at 02:42 and 17:13, low tides at 10:22 and 22:46, with temperatures from 25 to 37 degrees. Wakrah is expected to have high tides at 01:37 and 16:48, low tides at 09:23 and 22:02, with temperatures ranging from 29 to 41 degrees. Al Khor will see high tides at 02:00 and 15:14, low tides at 09:28 and 21:05, with temperatures between 23 and 40 degrees. Ruwais is expected to have high tides at 02:51 and 15:33, low tides at 09:18 and 22:05, with temperatures from 23 to 38 degrees. Abu Samra will have high tides at 07:18 and 19:40, with low tide at 14:46 and temperatures between 23 and 38 degrees.
