Doha: Weather inshore tonight until 6:00 am on Friday will be partly cloudy to cloudy with scattered rain at first, relatively cold to cold with hazy to misty at places later, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report. Offshore, it will be partly cloudy to cloudy with chance of scattered rain which may be thundery at times, the Department of Meteorology added, warning of thundery rain associated with strong wind and high sea.

According to Qatar News Agency, wind inshore will be northeasterly to southeasterly at a speed of 05 to 12 knots. Offshore, it will be northeasterly to southeasterly at a speed of 08 to 18 knots, gusting to 27 knots with thundery rain. The visibility will be 05 to 09 kilometers or 03 kilometers or less at places later.

The sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet surging to 5 feet with thundery rain. Offshore, it will be 3 to 5 feet surging to 8 feet with thundery rain.
