Manama, Major-General Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Deputy Chief of Public Security, attended the conclusion of the joint naval exercise "Kingdom Security 10". The exercise was conducted by the Coast Guard, with participation from the Royal Bahrain Naval Force and various Interior Ministry departments, including the Special Security Force, the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science, the General Directorate of Civil Defence, the General Directorate of Media and Security Culture, Aviation Police, and the Operations Directorate. The exercise aimed to assess readiness levels, a key component in ensuring national security. The Deputy Chief of Public Security highlighted that, following the directives of General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, the Minister of Interior, the ministry continues to focus on development and modernisation to enhance security performance. He also noted the ongoing supervision of, Lieutenant-General Tariq Al Hassan, Chief of Public Security, th roughout the exercise. The deputy chief commended the high level of preparedness and morale among participants, which contributes to achieving security goals and tasks. He praised the skills of the Coast Guard and the participating entities, expressing gratitude for the Bahrain Defence Force's (BDF) support in joint exercises, which enhances cooperation and knowledge sharing. He emphasised that the continuous execution of the exercise over the years reflects solid planning and efforts in capacity building. It also showcases the exceptional performance of the Coast Guard and other participating entities, underscoring the importance of updating equipment, advancing technological systems, and training personnel to meet international standards. The exercise demonstrated the security forces' ability to work collaboratively, focusing on efficiency and readiness.
