Doha: HE Director of the International Organizations Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sheikha Hanouf bint Abdulrahman Al-Thani has participated in the closing workshop of the national consultations between the State of Qatar and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF). In her welcome speech, Her Excellency underlined that the national consultations were conducted in the implementation of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the State of Qatar and UNICEF, aiming to achieve the main outcomes agreed upon during the second high-level Strategic Dialogue held in January 2024 in New York. The event brought together representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, the Ministry of Social Development and Family, the Ministry of Sports and Youth, and the National Planning Council. The workshop discussed the priorities of national bodies, prominent fields of cooperation with UNICEF, and the establishment of a roadmap for joint programs wi th UNICEF for the 2024-2025 period.
