Baghdad Operations Command forces arrested five suspects, including one accused of "premeditated murder" and a thief red-handed on both sides of Karkh and Rusafa. The Command stated in a statement: The security forces in the (first, second, mechanized) Federal Police Division were able, through security practices and patrols, to arrest five suspects according to various legal articles, including a fugitive accused of "premeditated murder" and another of theft after entering one of the closed halls in the "Abu Nawas" area and stealing its contents red-handed, and others of possessing unlicensed weapons and seizing the weapons in their possession, as those arrested were referred to the competent authorities to complete the legal procedures against them.
