The Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Political Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, met with the Counselor of the US Department of State, Derek Chollet, on the sidelines of the ministerial meeting of the Global Coalition Against Daesh, in Riyadh.
The meeting discussed means of strengthening Bahrain-US cooperation and strategic partnership, in addition to discussing a number of regional and international issues of common concern within the framework of the two friendly countries' keenness to combat extremism and terrorism, consolidate security, stability and peace, and support sustainable development in the Middle East and the world.
